Supporting impact entrepreneurs

Impact Invest Scandinavia has launched 6-month Investment Readiness Programme to support ventures that are in early commercial phase or wish to seek capital to scale-up.

di Staff

Impact Invest Scandinavia’s six-month Investment Readiness Programme is designed specifically to support ventures that are in early commercial phase or wish to seek capital to scale-up. The business idea should deliver clear benefits to society and/or environment. Impact Invest Scandinavia is Scandinavia's first impact investing network promoting social and sustainable enterprises by supporting investments that deliver measurable social and financial return.
The  programme, designed by funders, investors, and entrepreneurs, will equip start-up companies with knowledge and confidence in preparation for the investment process. At the end of the programme, selected ventures will be invited to pitch to investors in Impact Invest Scandinavia’s global investor network. The Investment Readiness Programme  starts with a two-day intense workshop on 23-24 May 2014 at Stockholm Impact Hub. Following the initial training, participants will receive individual feedback on their investor documentation and how to approach investors for a period of six months. Selected ventures will be invited to pitch to investors and partners in Impact Invest Scandinavia’s global investor network.
Impact Invest Scandinavia especially encourages women to join and organizations that address social integration, employment, sustainable consumption and ICT based solutions. The final day to register is 30 April 2014.
