The  Youth to Business Forum is an event organized by AIESEC   in multiple locations around the world with the aim of making youth, entrepreneurs and experts meet in order to encourage dialogue, sharing of experience and to inspire to action. The final goal is to bring a positive change in the world and in the future.
AIESEC Italia organizes  the Italy Youth to Business Forum to make Italian talent emerge and give youth the opportunity to enhance their successful entrepreneurial ideas.
The Forum, this year in its fourth edition, will take place at the Bocconi University in Milan on the 16th of May. It will be a unique event linking young students coming from the most important universities in Italy with companies and nonprofit organizations with the aim of fostering social change and understanding what the role of youth is. The Italy Youth to Business Forum will be an opportunity for students to dialogue with the best Italian and international organizations to contribute to the development of a socially responsible and innovation oriented entrepreneurship. It will also be an opportunity for the enterprising world to enter into contact with the world of university students.
Three themes will be covered during the event: From an idea, to its development, until its achievement: how to start a start-up project; CSR as pillar of enterprise strategy, CSR as engine of positive impact on society; Self Branding: how to successfully deal with the work world through professional growth and through acquiring managerial competences.
The event will be divided into three different phases: Inspire, Engage, and Act. At the beginning of the day the students will be inspired by the examples of the protagonists of the start-up world and the pioneers of the social business and NGO world. Later youth will be involved through workshops and discussions that will act as a bridge between companies and participants, in order to encourage a dynamic debate. At the end of the day, networking spaces will allow participants to exploit opportunities  or understand which actions they can undertake to contribute to have a positive impact on the key theme of the day.
