European third sector leaders gathered in London in October to share ideas on how to reform the welfare state. In the groundbreaking Global Learning Forum hosted by the Euclid Network of European non profit leaders, Lessons from Abroad, a pioneering publication telling how third sector organisations are transforming public service provision in ten industrialised countries, was presented.
