Less than one fifth of available European youth talent funds for Serbian students have been allocated.
The scholarships, that are granted to young professionals and scholars specializing abroad, are meant to encourage the talented students to return to Serbia, becoming the nation’s key human resources.
So far only 91 out of 500 available scholarships have been granted.
