The international development organisation Water Aid has released a report criticizing the international community for its current efforts in meeting the Millennium Development Goals (MDG). The report says that little has been done to improve sanitation conditions and that billions of people are living and dying in their own feces for want of clean and safe sanitary systems. www.wateraid.org/uk
