Mouves, the French Social Entrepreneurs Movement (Mouvement des Entrepreneurs Sociaux) is organizing  the final event of its Tour des Solutions 2014 in Marseille, France, on  the 19th  and 20th of November: a series of events aimed at highlighting entrepreneurial success stories and  to bring out new solutions to the most urgent social and environmental problems. The event is addressed to social innovators and social entrepreneurs and will cover a range of issues related to social innovation in the PACA-region (Provence-Alps-Côte d'Azur) and solution accelerators.  These two inspiring days will mobilize more than 650 participants, mostly young people, to go beyond simple observation of problems, in order to speak about “solutions” to problems and act.
After Paris in 2013, Mouves and its partners have collectively chosen the PACA region to organize this second edition of the  Grand Final of the Tour: two inspiring days on social entrepreneurship, with participatory workshops and stimulating conferences, meetings of experts and stakeholders from the PACA region and from all over France.
Mouves is a French association uniting and representing  social enterprises leaders, entrepreneurs who have chosen  to place economic efficiency to serve the public interest. The association  has over 400 members throughout France, about 40 in Marseille and in the PACA region.
Organized around 7 stages taking place between May and November 2014, the Tour des Solutions has different aims. The first  is to ensure that social enterprises and their innovations are better known all over in France. As a matter of fact 60% of French citizens don’t know what a social enterprise is.  The second is to show that public authorities  and classic enterprises are not the only ones to have the answers to social and environmental problems. Social entrepreneurs can be different driving forces bringing  new solutions to local  social and environmental needs. Finally the Tour wants to give the general public the will to act,  together with social entrepreneurs, to transform today’s society and invent tomorrow’s economy together
