The Charities Aid Foundation Russia is announcing a grant competition for scholarships for young students funded by the Potanin foundation

The charitable foundation of Vladimir Potanin ? one of the wealthiest Russian oligarchs ? is supporting young scholars and students since 2000 through individual scholarships and grants. The foundation runs one of the greatest programs in support of the education sector in Russia. The Charities Aid Foundation Russia (www.cafrussia.ru) is announcing a grant competition for the selection of scholarships for young students and for educational projects for 2006-2007 funded by the charitable foundation of Vladimir Potanin. Russian based NGOs having experience in conducting grant competitions, trainings and education projects may apply for funding from the Potanin foundation. www.cafrussia.ru
