After years of gridlock, the 27 sovereign states that have acceded to the European Union have now decided to get the Serbian accession talks going again. Whilst delighted by the EU’s green light for Serbia’s free trade agreement, the Serb press says Belgrade still has a long way to go before it can hope for accession. It may be far away, but it seems that a light is shining at the end of the tunnel.
