An index that measures corporate reputation by gauging public opinion has extended its model to charities for the first time and the results have broken all records. Top of the tree on a scale of 1 to 100 is the Royal National Lifeboat Institution with 95.1 points, the highest score ever recorded by the Reputation Institute.
